Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Redwood City, California, RockYou is funded by Sequoia Capital, Partech International, Lightspeed Venture Partners, DCM and Softbank.

Lisa Marino
Chief Executive Officer
Lisa is one of the key drivers to RockYou's success, and demonstrated strong leadership in her various capacities at the company. Previously Chief Operating Officer, she was instrumental in guiding the company as it dedicated itself to the gaming sector. With her talent for administering change while encouraging continued revenue growth, RockYou is poised as a company of the future. In hiring executive talent and acquiring new gaming studios, she displayed a solid understanding of the rapid evolution of social entertainment. As Chief Revenue Officer she expanded the company's media business and in the process made RockYou one of the largest social media advertising networks. Since March, RockYou is ranked 4th amongst the largest social gaming companies on Facebook, with nearly 20 million monthly active users. Lisa received her Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and holds an MA in Latin American Studies from Stanford University, along with an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Allyson Willoughby
SVP General Counsel
Allyson joined RockYou in 2010 as the company's first General Counsel. Prior to joining RockYou, Allyson was the "Chief Justice" (aka General Counsel) of Method Products, a multi-national company that is a leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly, design-oriented household products. Before that, Allyson was an early member of eBay's Legal Team. In her eight years at eBay, the company grew from $400 mm revenue and 500 employees to $8 billion revenue and 16,000 employees. In her last year with the company, Allyson was the Director of Legal Affairs for eBay subsidiary StubHub, the leading online ticket marketplace. Prior to going in-house, Allyson was a litigator specializing in securities and commercial litigation. She received her J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and dual degrees in Economics and Sociology from Stanford University.
Steve Van Horne
Chief Financial Officer
Steve is the Chief Financial Officer and responsible for Corporate Development at RockYou. Steve has over 15 years of financial management, corporate development and international experience. Prior to RockYou, Steve was the head of operations finance for Yahoo's publisher network, where he consolidated business analytics and financial management. Before Yahoo, Steve was the head of corporate development at Bechtel Enterprises Holdings, Inc., the project development and investment subsidiary of the Bechtel Group. While at Bechtel, Steve led several high profile M&A transactions, as well as managed several energy and renewable energy investments. Steve also spent 3 years in Tokyo working for the Sanwa Bank, Ltd. in their project finance group. Steve holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MA in International Policy from Stanford University and a BA in History from Dartmouth College.
Greg Kearney
SVP of Technology
Greg joined RockYou as part of RockYou’s acquisition of TirNua, a social gaming company in which he was the president and founder with several other industry veterans. He brought his passion for online gaming and more than 25 years of experience to RockYou. Before TirNua, Greg was Director of Technology for EA World Wide. Prior to that, he was Technical Director and Lead Engineer for Maxis on several products including SimCity, the Sims and The Sims Online. Greg entered the game business via PEI, a small company which he co-founded and which was acquired by Maxis. Prior to entering the game industry he spent several years with the US Navy both in the service and as a Civilian Engineer. Greg graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Engineering Science with additional undergraduate work at the US Naval Academy and graduate work at UC Davis.
Julie Shumaker
SVP / GM of Media
Included in both Digital Media Wire's "25 Executives to Watch in Digital Entertainment and the 2005 Ad Age Women to Watch Report, Shumaker has spent her career building businesses in lifestyle media with best of breed interactive technology, community and commerce. Formerly a Senior Vice President at 4INFO, her responsibilities included advertising sales, corporate marketing, as well as advertising development and expansion. Julie also served as GM of 1UP.com, a Hearst Interactive Property, and both as General Manager and SVP Sales at Double Fusion, Inc. where she leveraged her games advertising experience in helping to grow digital entertainment category. Prior to that, Shumaker headed the advertising sales organization at Electronic Arts, and served in revenue roles for both Yahoo! and Quokka Sports. She holds a bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University.
Kelli Dragovich
Head of Talent
Kelli leads the RockYou Talent Organization, including overseeing all Recruiting and Human Resources functions. Before joining RockYou in August of 2010, Kelli was an HR Leader at Yahoo! where she partnered with business leaders across the company from Sales to Technology to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and talent management strategies. Prior to that, she was a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Intuit, where she facilitated development for both business unit and functional organization leaders. Kelli holds a Bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego.
